   Open chatgpt.com with an email or SSO your org allows. You can add Business even if you already have Plus; merge rules are in the lifecycle doc.

Invite members and shared workspace rules

Payment methods

Self-serve Business: credit/debit cards. Invoicing, wire, PO, net terms need Enterprise/Education via Sales—Support cannot convert self-serve to invoice billing.

API is separate

Business does not include platform.openai.com API usage.

After setup, have one teammate accept an invite, then open Billing and confirm assigned seats match headcount—faster than trusting old “Team” marketing copy.
