如何在 Notion 工作区使用 Notion AI：Settings 开启、页面摘要、起草改写与文档 Q&A（含官方用量）

在工作区启用 Notion AI（管理员）

   确认方案

   FAQs 写明：Notion AI 在 Business 与 Enterprise 方案提供完整能力；Free 与 Plus 仅有有限次数 complimentary 试用。采购前先核对账单方案，而不是假设「个人免费版无限 AI」。

   打开 Settings → Notion AI

   工作区所有者（任意方案均可进入部分设置）在侧栏 Settings → Notion AI 配置：AI Connectors、AI Web Search（可整工作区关闭外网搜索）、Model controls、Usage / credits 上限、Meeting Notes 等（FAQs — Notion AI settings）。

   连接可选来源

   若要做跨 Slack、Google Drive 等的 Q&A，在同一设置区配置 AI Connectors；Enterprise Search 依赖你已连接且有权访问的内容（Enterprise Search）。

   高级模型默认关闭

   FAQs 与 Manage AI models and member credit spend：Premium 模型需管理员开启，且消耗 Notion credits，不计入普通 allowance 的「包月额度」逻辑。

   通知成员如何打开 Agent

   成员从侧栏或屏幕下角打开 Notion Agent；快捷键默认 Shift + Cmd/Ctrl + J（可在 Settings → Preferences 修改，见 FAQs）。入门步骤见 Get started with your personal Agent。

摘要页面与长文

1. 01
   用 Agent 摘要当前页

   按 Notion AI for docs：打开 Notion Agent，请其 summarize the current page 或提炼 action items。Agent 只能访问你有权限的内容。

   高亮段落 Edit with AI

   选中文字 → Edit with AI，可要求缩短、改语气或修复语法；接受、丢弃或让 AI 重试（FAQs — Notion AI inline）。

   /AI Block 固定摘要

   输入 /AI Block，选择生成本页摘要或要点；可在 Specified context 中限定主要来源，点 Generate；之后可再次 Generate 刷新（FAQs — AI blocks）。

   整页翻译（可选）

   页顶 ••• → Translate，或在 Agent 聊天选 Translate this page。页面翻译计入 usage allowance（Manage usage allowance）。

起草、改写与 @ 上下文

空白行起草

在新行按 space 输入提示，Notion AI 直接在页内写草稿；用 @ 引用页面、人员、日期（FAQs inline + docs guide）。

AI Block 自定义输出

/AI Block 描述输出格式（大纲、邮件、表格）；Under Specified context 选择工作区与已连接应用中的主要上下文。

数据库（略提）

FAQs 另述 Autofill、公式辅助等——本页聚焦文档摘要与 Q&A；重度库表自动化请直接读 FAQs 的 Notion AI for databases。

在工作区文档上做 Q&A

   打开 Notion Agent

   侧栏或右下角进入聊天；可让 Agent 在 Notion 与已连接应用中查找信息（FAQs — Notion Agent / Enterprise Search）。

   提问要具体

   说明目标、受众与期望格式；docs guide 建议提供背景约束，减少来回修改。

   核对权限边界

   Agent 遵循工作区访问规则；看不到的页面不会出现在答案中。对外分享前人工核对引用页面。

   Web 搜索开关

   若问题需外网资料，确认管理员未关闭 Enable web search for workspace；也可开启「外网请求前确认」（FAQs — AI Web Search）。

方案与用量上限（官方）

• 方案：完整 Notion AI（含 Notion Agent 等）在 Business / Enterprise；Free/Plus 试用有限（FAQs 首段）。
• Usage allowance：Manage your usage allowance — 同时计量 六小时滚动窗口与账单月周期；在 Settings → Notion AI → Usage 查看进度。
• 计入 allowance 的功能：个人 Notion Agent（含聊天）、图像生成、页面翻译（同上 Help 文）。
• 图像 Beta 上限：FAQs 写明每用户 10 次/24 小时、30 次/30 天（滚动重置）。
• 不计入 allowance 的示例：AI Meeting Notes（另有每日 10 小时转录上限）、Custom Agents/Workers 与 premium 模型（走 Notion credits）。
• 超额后：等待窗口/账单周期刷新，或管理员开启「用 credits 继续」（Settings → Notion AI → Allow workspace to use Notion credits after AI limit is reached）。

最小闭环：管理员确认 Business 方案 → 打开 Agent 摘要一页 PRD → 同一页 space 起草邮件 → 问 Agent「上周决策在哪一页？」——四步能判断 Notion AI 是否值得与 ChatGPT 订阅并存。
